Right fluke cut off from entanglement. Note constricting wrap entanglement scarring at base of tail, suggesting that the whale had a constricting wrap, possibly with weighted fishing gear (ie rope from a crab pot), which then cut through the right fluke. Also formerly HW-MN1300882
