Skipper (2025 calf of Zig Zag) @140468

"Skipper" is the 2025 calf of Zig Zag (British Columbia). This whale was struck by a ferry in October 2025, suffering a severe gash just behind the dorsal fin. First observed by Amanda Colbert on June 1st, 2025, south of Constance Bank in the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
