Libre" means "(to be) free" in Spanish; this whale suffered an entanglement when first encountered by Island Packer’s Captain Paige Knowles, wrapped in a gillnet. She then turned the whale over to a team of NOAA responders & volunteers until fortunately the whale self-released. Read the story of the entanglement. Also sighted as HW-MN0503810
